Royal Horse Moving provides residential moving, office moving, packing services, loading and unloading, and transportation services. The scope of services is defined in the written estimate or booking confirmation. Any service not explicitly mentioned is not included unless agreed upon in writing.
All price estimates are based on the information provided by the customer. Final charges may vary if there are changes in inventory, access conditions, distance, timing, or additional services requested on moving day. Royal Horse Moving maintains transparent pricing with no hidden fees; however, unforeseen circumstances may affect the final cost.
A booking is confirmed once the customer accepts the estimate and receives written confirmation from Royal Horse Moving. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, addresses, and move-related information. Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or additional charges.
Payment is due as outlined in the booking agreement. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or cancellation. Deposits, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Customers must ensure that all items to be moved are properly disclosed. Fragile, high-value, or specialty items must be clearly identified in advance. Customers are responsible for disconnecting appliances, electronics, and utilities unless otherwise agreed. Personal or valuable items such as cash, jewelry, documents, and medications should not be packed by our team.
Royal Horse Moving uses professional packing methods and high-quality materials. While every effort is made to ensure safe handling, customers acknowledge that improper packing by the customer may increase the risk of damage. Items packed by the customer are moved at the customer’s own risk.
Royal Horse Moving is fully insured and WCB-covered. Liability coverage is limited as per industry standards and applicable laws. Claims for loss or damage must be reported within the specified timeframe after delivery. Royal Horse Moving is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items of extraordinary value unless declared in writing.
Royal Horse Moving is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, road closures, mechanical issues, or government restrictions. In such cases, services will resume as soon as conditions allow.
Customers must notify Royal Horse Moving in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period. Same-day cancellations may result in full or partial charges as outlined in the booking agreement.
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to the pickup and delivery locations, including elevators, parking permits, and loading zones. Any additional costs incurred due to access restrictions or delays will be charged to the customer.
Royal Horse Moving does not transport hazardous, illegal, or restricted items including flammable materials, explosives, chemicals, or perishable goods. If such items are discovered, Royal Horse Moving reserves the right to refuse service.
Any concerns, complaints, or claims must be submitted in writing within the specified time period. Royal Horse Moving will review all claims fairly and in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and applicable provincial regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate Canadian courts.
